The road will come into existence as you walk, like the old Chinese saying goes. But why not do the journey in a gypsy silver Audi tt with a tent, going from teahouse to teahouse? Much more fun!
Standing at one of life’s big crossroads the soul is asking for food. We are taking off on a quest in the inner and outer worlds. Looking for beautiful, inspiring people, stories, ceremonies and landscapes.
We will have our ears open for voices of America…especially voices of the other America that lives off the beaten path. People who have changed their lives to live by choice. People who know that all power comes from within, not from the corporate world or Bush-America. People who are having fun because they do what they want to do. People who want to share their story.
We will document the journey in words, sound and images. Hanne will bring her digital recorder and her notebook. Ross will be painting, shooting many digital images, leading workshops along the way and sharing Chinese tea ceremonies.
We will camp, stay at lodges, motels, hotels, hostels, and at friends who have invited us to join them at their homes….
